Nutrition counseling can help you evaluate your options, teach you new skills and help you turn new skills into habits. You learn that you can take charge of your health!
Counseling provided during regular business hours. Limited evening and Saturday hours also available.
Initial visits are 60-90 minutes
Follow-up visits are 30 or 45 minutes
